  12. con't...for the "PERFECT RESUME" take it to a professional who can edit it, make recommendations.....this is worth it!!! A professional can help you tailor that resume to that companies positions, and spend the 30 bucks or whatever....just don't throw a sloppy resume out there...NEVER....Remember to "ALWAYS" send a thank you note after an interview, especially if you are trying to get on at a specific company. Zero in on a company...do it right!

  13. Sorry!! I forgot to inform that the 1/40 ratio is not for the whole entire city. It is say for instance for a company that has a hiring number of about 6000, like a large university, hospital setting, or perhaps a large construction company. Now when applying for these specific companies-one that you are applying to "only"- and there is nothing wrong with applying to just only one company-it may be withing walking distance-the best thing to do is have the "PERFECT" resume...con't

  14. Medical Field is BEST to get a job
    Ministering is another good profession
Lawyer---too many already and are just hanging out down town doing nothing
Nursing---pay is getting less....unless have a 4 year and higher degree

***Rehabilitation for Veterans is REALLY GOOD--GOVERNMENT PAY!! And there is lots of money here folks....and you could even have your own sole practice...This would be a great career.

  15. con't....or just applying for an entry position of your career interest, or even something that is close to complementing you college degree.....then it is time to do something. The longer you wait....the harder it is to prove yourself as a college graduate. Go back to college, check out areas like within a 100 miles radius....or just simply pack up and go..just kidding....though you may have to move! But I will advise this truth, everybody needs at least a BA degree in something....

If you live in a large city, let's say with 300,000 t0 500,000, the ratio is 1/40, 1 Interview for every 40 applied positions. Never give up. The more you apply the faster you will know to move on after at least one year. You have to put the ratio to the test, depending on where you live. Generally, within a year, if you do not find something that complements you college degree, or whatever the case, maybe just looking to get a foot in the door/a college degree, con't
