best jobs I had while in college were working at a little gas station booth and working in a library. Both pretty quiet and you got to study/do homework on your downtime...

Work in the dorm lobby. All you have to do is answer the phones and buzz people in. The hours are flexible and you get to socialize with your friends and get paid to do it. You also get the opportunity to go on craigslist or ebay during your shift to make extra money.

Mobile auto detailing. Detailing cars at the campus for $ 100 a pop.
You need to buy $ 100 or so in supplies and run ads on craigslist for free. Go th a car wash and watch them detail cars then do yours to see how it is done.
